Troubleshootings(FAQ) PROBLEM SOLUTION Check if the computer’s power cables are all connected properly. Check the input voltage. If you can’t find any wrong connection, but you still can’t turn on the power, you have to consult service center or technisions. Power is turned ON, but all you can see is a blue screen. Swich the camera that displays defected images with the other camera that displays images correctly, and then you can check which camera is not working properly or whether SHR-6040/6042 system is defected.
