While reviewing a voicemail message these
options are available:
● Call: to call the contact who left the voicemail
message.
● Reply: to reply to the message, then touch
Send to delivery the new message. You can
reply to the sender or forward the message to
another recipient with an email address or
phone number. You can send this voicemail
message to multiple recipients. You can tag
the reply message for both Urgency and
Privacy.
● Speaker Off/On: to turn the speakerphone on
or off during playback. If the speakerphone
feature is enabled, the speakerphone is
automatically enabled during voicemail
playback.
● Delete: to delete the current voicemail
message. The message is moved to the
Deleted folder.
Listen to Multiple Voicemail Messages
When you are done listening to a voicemail message
you can easily access other voicemail messages
without returning to the main voicemail screen.
1. Press and tap > Voicemail.
2. Listen to the first voicemail message, then swipe
your finger left or right to display the next or
previous message. The message automatically
begins playing.
Visual Voicemail Settings
Use the Menu button to access and configure Visual
Voicemail settings.
1. Press and tap > Voicemail.
2. Tap > Settings and select one of the following
options:
䡲 Manage subscription: Subscribe to the Voice-to-
Text transcription service.
Note: Use of the Voice-to-Text service may require additional
fee.
