7.4 S/PDIF Audio Interface

This S/PDIF interface supports the IEC60958 standard. This is a serial unidirectional self-

clocking interface. The interface supports linear PCM sampling rates of 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48

kHz, 96 kHz, and 192 kHz with 24-bit stereo data samples.
