04 AutoFill Pitcher
indicator *
The AutoFill Pitcher has 2 indicators (AutoFill Pitcher On / Off)
to indicate its operating status.
• When the AutoFill operates, the corresponding indicator
(AutoFill Pitcher On) turns on.
• When the AutoFill is turned off, the corresponding indicator
(AutoFill Pitcher Off) turns on.
• To enable AutoFill Pitcher, you must turn on the AutoFill
Pitcher.
05 Ice Maker indicator
The ice maker has 2 indicators (Ice Maker On / Off) to indicate
its operating status.
• When the ice maker operates, the corresponding indicator
(Ice Maker On) turns on.
• When the ice maker is turned off, the corresponding
indicator (Ice Maker Off) turns on.
• To enable ice making, you must turn the ice maker on.
06 Water Filter
indicator
• indicates that the water lter needs to be replaced.
• When you see the icon, you can replace the water lter
and reset the water lter replace alarm, or dismiss the alarm
and change the lter later. (For more information, see the
"Resetting or dismissing the water lter replacement alarm"
section on page 40.
07 Peak Demand
indicator *
• Displays the status of the Peak Demand function.
• For more information on the Peak Demand function, see
the SMART GRID Function (Demand Response) (applicable
models only) section.
08 Buttons
• When the display is off, tap any button to wake up the
display.
• Tap to select the desired item on the main panel and to
conrm any setting changes.
• Tap or to change the settings of the selected item on
the main panel.
09 AI Energy Mode *
The icon appears if you turn on the AI Energy Mode in the
SmartThings app. (applicable models only)

NOTE
If the door is left open for 5 minutes, the internal light will blink for 5 minutes and turn
off to alert deaf and hard of hearing users that a door is open. Note that this function is
normal.
