Turning the Computer On and Off
Turning the computer on

Install the battery and connect the
AC adapter.

Lift the LCD panel up.

Slide the Power Switch to turn the
computer on.
 When running the computer on
battery power, the LCD brightness
is dimmed automatically to save
battery power.
Press the Fn + key to increase
the LCD brightness.
 When turning the computer on
for the rst time, the Register
Windows screen appears. You can
use the computer after registering
your user information.
Turning the computer off
Since the procedures to turn the
computer off may differ depending
on the installed operating system,
please turn the computer off
according to the procedures for the
purchased operating system.

Click the Start button on the
taskbar.

Click Shut down to shut
down the computer.

Save all your data before clicking on
Shut down.
