In the Paper Exit Area (Paper Jam 2)

If a long portion of the paper is visible, pull it straight out.
Go to step 5.
If you cannot find jammed paper, or if there is any
resistance removing the paper, stop pulling and go to step
2.

Open the rear cover.

Loosen the jammed paper if it is caught in the feed rollers.
Then gently pull the paper straight out.

Close the rear cover.

Open and close the top cover. The printer will resume
printing.
