Installation Errors
Check points when tracking fails and the installation information
of the indoor and outdoor units are not available.

The 7-Segment display of the transmitter is as follow :
 Left : The main address of the indoor units are displayed
if the communication is normal.
 Right : The RMC address of the indoor units are
displayed followed by the following alphabets.
d - Displayed when waiting for communication
with the centralized controller
U - Displayed when the communication is normal
None - Communication with the centralized
controller broken

check the connection
status
3 Check the polarity of the communication cables between
the DMS and the centralized controllers.
(The ‘RS485 Rx’ LED on the DMS display is off if the
communication fails)
 Communication will fail if the C1, C2 polarity is changed.
 Check for broken wires.
