OPERATING MODE CHARACTERISTICS
When 3.3 V is supplied to the TEST pin of the S3F80P5, the Flash ROM programming mode is entered. The
operating mode (read, write, or read protection) is selected according to the input signals to the pins listed in
Table 22-2 below.
