Operation: BANK ← 1
The SB1 instruction sets the bank address flag in the FLAGS register (FLAGS.0) to logic one,
selecting bank 1 register addressing in the set 1 area of the register file. (Bank 1 is not
implemented in some S3F8-series microcontrollers.)
Flags: No flags are affected.
