6.1.4 System Authentication (TSF_SAU)
The local administrator must be authenticated by entering a PIN prior to
being granted access to the TOE management functions. The TOE displays
an asterisk (*) for each digit entered to hide the value entered. The local
administrator can type the PIN in a local user interface without any other
identification. The PIN number can be managed only by the local
administrator. The web (or telnet) administrator must type an ID and
password in the web (or telnet) user interface. Therefore, each web
administrator can be identified with each other. The TOE displays an
