Symptom Video is normal but there is no sound.. -

When the sound processing part of the Main Board is not functioning. -

Diagnostics

Does the sound data appear at TP - COMP1_AV1_SL_

IN, COMP1_AV1_SR_IN (AV1, COMP1)

TP - COMP2_SL, COMP2_SR (Comp2)

TP - SIDE_AV_AV2_SL_IN, SIDE_AV_AV2_SR_IN(AV2)

TP - PC_DVI_SL_IN, PC_DVI_SR_IN (PC/DVI) ?

Does the DC B3.3V, B13V

appear at TP - B3.3V, B13V?

Yes

Input the video source properly.

Please, Contact Tech support.

Check CN1101, CN1107_N22

(CN1107_22), CN1203.

Change the Main Assy.

Check IC3002 (X4).

Change the Main Assy.

Check the source and check the connection of

sound cable (Comp/PC/DVI to HDMI) ?

Replace speaker?

Caution Make sure to disconnect the power before working on the IP board.
