Unpair from a Bluetooth Device
YoucanmakeyourtabletforgetitspairingconnectionwithanotherBluetoothdevice.Toconnectto
theotherdeviceagain,youmayneedtoenterorconfirmapasscodeagain.
1.
Press andthentouch Apps> Settings>Connectionstab>Bluetooth.
2. TouchtheBluetooth ON/OFFslidertoturnBluetoothon.
3.
IntheBluetoothdevicessection,touch nexttothedevice,andthentouchUnpair.
Send Information Using Bluetooth
YoucanuseBluetoothtotransferinformationbetweenyourtabletandanotherBluetooth-enabled
devicesuchasatabletornotebookcomputer.Thefirsttimeyoutransferinformationbetweenyour
tabletandanotherdevice,youneedtoenterorconfirmasecuritypasscode.Afterthat,yourtablet
andtheotherdevicearepaired,andyouwillnotneedtoexchangepasscodestotransferinformation
inthefuture.
Youcansendthefollowingtypesofinformation,dependingonthedeviceyouaresendingto:
n Imagesandvideos
n Calendarevents
n Contacts
n Audiofiles
Thelocationwheretheinformationissaveddependsonthetypeofinformationandthereceiving
device.
1. Setthereceivingdevicetodiscoverablemode.Youmayalsoneedtosetitto“ReceiveBeams”
or“ReceiveFiles”.Refertothedevice’sdocumentationforinstructionsonreceivinginformation
overBluetooth.
2. Onyourtablet,opentheapplicationthatcontainstheinformationorfileyouwanttosend.
3. Followthestepsforthetypeofitemyouwanttosend:
l Photos and videos(inGallery).OntheAlbumstab,touchanalbum,touchanitem,and
thentouch >Bluetooth.
l Calendar event:IntheCalendar’sDayview,Agendaview,orWeekview,touchtheevent
andthentouch Menu>Share via>Bluetooth.
l Music track:ThisfeatureisavailablethroughtheMusic Player.Withthetrackdisplayedon
theNowplayingscreen,touch Menu >ViaBluetooth.
