Edit General Preferences

Press andtouch Apps> Email.

Touch >Settings > General settings toconfiguresettings.Availablesettingsdependonthe
typeofemailaccount,andmayinclude:
l Display:Sethowemailsareshownintheemaillistandwhenyouopenthem.
l Composing and sending:Setwhatfunctionsareavailablewhilecomposingandsending
emails.
l Auto advance:Choosehowtheemaillistdisplaysafteryoudeleteormoveanemail.
l Confirm deletions:Choosewhetherthetabletpromptsyoutoconfirmtheactionwhenyou
markemailsfordeletion.
l Priority senders:Maintainalistofemailaddressestoensurethatemailsfromthe
addressesreceivepriorityhandling.
l Spam addresses:Editthelistofsendersanddomainsreportedasspam.
l Rules for filtering:Setfiltersandmanagefilteredemailincombinedview.
Edit Account Settings
Youcaneditsettingsforyourindividualemailaccounts,suchasemailaddressandpassword,name
displayandsignature,frequencyofretrieval,andmore.

Delete an Email Account
Ifyounolongerwantanemailaccountonyourtablet,youcandeleteitthroughtheemailsettings
menu.
