Anewmessageicon alsoappearsinthenotificationsareaoftheStatusbartonotifyyouofa
newmessage.TheMessagingapplicationicon alsodisplaysthenumberofnewmessages.
Toopenthemessage,touchandholdtheStatusbar,andthenslidetheStatusBardowntoopenthe
