More About Text-to-Speech
By default, your Galaxy Note II uses the
Google Text-to-Speech service with an
option to use the Samsung service to
speak any text that you need to read.
You can install other text-to-speech
software by searching for them in the
Google Play store. After you’ve installed
the software, it shows as a choice in
step 12 .
