General Warranty Policy

purchases that are made elsewhere. We only warranty products sold by us, according to the
specifics illustrated in our policy and eligible coverage is not transferrable. Although we strive to
provide 100% customer satisfaction, we understand that unforeseen problems may occur from
time to time. If your part is arrived as defective or damaged, please contact our customer service
specialist immediately upon inspection. You may return new and unopened items sold by
Samsungparts.com for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date, excluding
shipping and handling charges, and any duties or surcharges (Consumable items, Memory,
Software, Sealed products, Owners Manuals/Service Manuals and special order items are non-
returnable for credit and are subject to restrictions. Check out our return policy for more
information). Warranty will be voided, if the warranty sticker removed or part is altered.
