A base station uses one of 10 channels (FDMA technology). This MMC is used to allow or deny the use of
each channel (carrier). By default, all carriers can be used by a base station.

The display shows the status of each carrier (0 – 9):
If ‘1’ is shown below a carrier then this carrier can be
used by the base station
If ‘0’ is shown below a carrier then this carrier cannot
be used by the base station
