For convection cooking, it is recommended that you preheat the oven to the appropriate temperature before placing the food in the oven. You can set the temperature, as required, in a range varying from 40°C to 250°C in eight preset levels. The maximum cooking time is 60 minutes. The grill enables you to heat and brown food quickly, without using microwaves.

Microwaves gently defrost frozen food in a short period of time. Frozen poultry must be thoroughly thawed before cooking. Remove any metal ties and take it out of any wrapping to allow thawed liquid to drain away. Put the frozen food on a dish without cover. Turn over half way, drain off any liquid and remove any giblets as soon as possible.
