Additional Information 09 Note • For some 3D discs, to stop a movie during 3D playback, press the 5 button once. The movie stops and the 3D mode option is de-activated. Appendix BD-LIVE Internet Connection • What is a valid certificate? When the product uses BD-LIVE to send the disc data and a request to the server to certify the disc, the server uses the transmitted data to check if the disc is valid and sends the certificate back to the product. • The Internet connection may be restricted while you are using BD-LIVE contents. Troubleshooting SOLUTION No operation can be performed with the remote control. • Check the batteries in the remote control. They may need replacing. • Operate the remote control at a distance of no more than 6.1m. • Remove the batteries and hold down one or more buttons for several minutes to drain the microprocessor inside the remote control to reset it.
