Appendix Additional Information Note 3D Settings • For some 3D discs, to stop a movie during 3D playback, press the 5 button once. The movie stops and the 3D mode option is de-activated. To change a 3D option selection when you are playing a 3D movie, press the 5 button once. The Blu-ray menu appears. Press the 5 button again, then select 3D Settings in the Blu-ray menu.

Appendix Troubleshooting Before requesting service, please try the following solutions. They may need replacing. • Operate the remote control at a distance of no more than 6.1m. • Remove the batteries and hold down one or more buttons for several minutes to drain the microprocessor inside the remote control to reset it. No HDMI output. • Check the connection between the TV and the HDMI jack of the product. • Check if your TV supports 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p HDMI input resolution. Abnormal HDMI output screen. • If random noise appears on the screen, it means that TV does not support HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection).
