Cleaning Your Air Conditioner

Slide the lower front grille down.

Slide the upper front grille up slightly, then open the grille by pulling right
and left sides of the grille.

Disassemble the upper front grille by opening the grille completely.

Lift out the bottom edge of the air filters and pull down to release them.

Remove all dust on the air filters with a vacuum cleaner or brush.

When you have finished, insert the top part of the filters into their slot and push
down on the bottom edge until they click into place.

Clean the front grille with a damp cloth and mild detergent (do NOT use
benzene, solvents or other chemicals).

Fix the left side of grille support, then insert the right side of grille support.
Note
If you have not used the air conditioner for a long period of time,
set the fan going for 3 to 4 hours to dry the inside of the
air conditioner thoroughly.
To close the upper front grille completely after cleaning filters, turn
on and turn off the air conditioner.
For the best use of your air conditioner, you must clean it every 2 weeks regularly
to remove the dust that accumulates on the air filter.
IMPORTANT
Before cleaning your air conditioner, ensure that you have
switched off the breaker used for the unit.
