Front and Rear Views
The following items can be found on your Tab.
1. Speakers : Used in music or video playback, notification
tones, and for other sounds.
2. Power/Lock Key : Press and hold to turn the Tab on or off.
Press to lock the Tab or to wake the screen for unlocking.
3. Volume Key : From a Home screen, press to adjust Master
Volume. During music playback, press to adjust volume.
4. Display Screen : The orientation of the display screen
rotates with the tablet as you turn it. You can turn this
feature on and off. For more information, refer to
“Auto-Rotate Screen” on page 115
5. Charger/Accessory Port : Plug in a USB cable for charging or
to sync music and files.
6. Microphone : Used to pick up your voice or audio during
recording and video chat.
7. SIM Card Slot : Install the 4G LTE SIM card, for 4G LTE
service.
8. 3.5mm Headset Jack : Plug in for headphones.
9. Camera Lens : Used when taking photos or recording
videos.
10. Camera Flash : Used when taking photos.
11. Front-facing Camera Lens : Used when taking photos of
yourself or using video chat.
