3.1.2 LCP
The LCP is the minor control module that controls a variety of line modules and
sends/receives information to/from the MCP.

The components on the front panel of the LCP have the following functions:

Ports & LEDs Function
LINK1~LINK3 Ports that connect the MCP with the LCP.
SIO UART port (for tests).
RST Button for resetting the LCP module.
RUN LED This LED indicates the status of the LCP.
- Off : Power is not connected.
- On : Booting.
- Blink : The RAM program is operating.
MCP LED This LED indicates the status of signalling message processing.
- Off : There is no message exchange between MCP and LCP.
- On : Messages are being sent/received to/from the MCP.
