5-2-4 Main-assembly D

Part name Assembly procedure

① Motor-step (PF motor)

② Spring-ribbon

③ Frame-ribbon

④ Ring-e hole (ø3.0) -2ea.

⑤ Motor-step (HF motor)

⑥ Screw-taptite (M3×4) -4ea.

⑦ Head-cover ass’y

1. Tighten ① Motor-step (PF motor) on Frame-holder basket-L with

two ⑥ Screw-taptite (M3×4). And insert the 4pin connector of ①

Motor-step (PF motor) to the connector of PCB-head ass’y.

2. Attach ② Spring-ribbon to the right side of ③ Frame-ribbon and

then insert ③ Frame-ribbon between Shaft-ribbon frame L and

Shaft-ribbon frame R. And fix ② Spring-ribbon to the hook of

Frame-main.

3. Assemble two ④ Ring-e hole (ø3.0) to two shafts.

4. Tighten ⑤ Motor-step (HF motor) on the bottom of Frame-main

with two ⑥ Screw-taptite (M3×4). And insert the 6pin connector of

⑤ Motor-step (HF motor) to the connector of PCB-head ass’y.

5. Tighten ⑦ Head-cover ass’y to Frame-main with Screw-

manual(M4.0) of ⑦ Head-cover ass’y.
