⑥ Washer-plain (ø2.6) -2ea.

⑦ PCB-head ass’y

⑧ FPC-head

⑨ FPC-30pin

⑩ Screw-taptite (M3×4) -3ea.

⑪ Spring-lever-tension

⑫ Carriage head ass’y

(Sub-assembly 5-1-5)

⑬ Belt-round

1. Insert ① Gear-RE_A, ② Ribbon-feeder ass’y and ③ Gear-

RE_C to three shafts of Frame-main.

2. Insert ④ Cover HF gear train to two shafts.

3. Insert ⑤ Lever-ribbon-feeder ass’y to two shafts and then

assemble two ⑥ Washer-plain (ø2.6).

4. Insert ⑧ FPC-head, ⑨ FPC-30pin and the 2pin connector of

Solenoid to ⑦ PCB-head ass’y and then tighten two ⑩ Screw-

taptite (M3×4).

5. Assemble ⑪ Spring-lever-tension between Lever-tension ass’y

and the hook of Frame-main.

6. Insert ⑫ Carriage head ass’y to ⑬ Belt-round and then

assemble Belt-round between Pulley and Assy-gear-pulley. And

tighten Lever-tension ass’y to Frame-main with ⑩ Screw-taptite

(M3×4).
