4 Troubleshooting

Notes: 1. Before troubleshooting, setup the PC’s display as below.

• Resolution: 1280 x 1024

• H-frequency: 64 kHz

• V-frequency: 60 Hz

2. If no picture appears, make sure the power cord is correctly connected.

3. Check the following circuits.

• No raster appears: Stand PCB, Main PCB

• 14V develop but no screen: Main PCB

• 14V does not develop: Main PCB

4. If you push and hold the Exit for more than 5 seconds, the monitor automatically turns back

to the factory preset.

Does proper DC 14V

appear at DC jack and

Pin 39, 40, 41 of CN202?

Check signal cable and

power adaptor and CN202.

Yes

Does proper DC 5V, DC 3.3V

appear at Pin 2 of IC101,

and Pin 2 of IC103?

Check IC101, IC103

and related circuit.

Yes

Does proper DC 2.5V

appear at Pin 3 of IC104?

Check IC104

and related circuit.

Check IC301.

Yes

Does proper 5.0V

appear at Pin 5, 6 of IC105 and

Pin 7, 8 of IC105? (Pin 2 (*OFF_SW)

and Pin 4 (*PANEL_EN) of IC105

must be low level)

Check IC105, IC203

and related circuit.
