 Register the STOP INVNR T.

Before sending Cancel for the Invite Request,

the User Agent shall wait for this amount of time.

The range is 0~99900 ms. Default is 5000 ms.

 Register the GEN REQ T.

After sending General Request,

he User Agent shall wait for the Final Response

for this amount of time. The range is 0~99900ms.

Default is 5000 ms.

 Register the PROVIS TIME.

After receiving the Provision Response,

the User Agent shall wait for this amount of time

until Timeout ends. The range is 0~999900ms.

Default is 180000ms
