1. Open the Memory Card Slot cover and turn it to expose the slot.
2. With the gold contacts facing down, carefully slide the memory card into the slot,
pushing gently until it clicks into place.
3. Replace the Memory Card Slot cover.
Remove a microSD Card
Use the following procedures to remove a microSD card from your device.
Important! To prevent damage to information stored on the memory card, unmount the card
before removing it from the device. Unmounting a memory card prepares it for
removal from the device.
1. Press and tap > > Storage.
2. Tap Unmount SD card to prepare the memory card for removal from your device. A
notification appears the Notifications area when it’s safe to remove the card.
4. Open the Memory Card Slot cover and turn it to expose the slot.
5. Gently press on the memory card, so that it pops out from the slot, and then carefully
pull the card out.
