Measuring heart rate
1. Scroll left or right on the Home screen and tap Heart Rate.
2. Tap Start to begin measuring your heart rate.
The
icon displays and blinks on the screen when heart rate measurement starts. The measurement
will be taken by the device. Then, after a brief delay your current heart rate is displayed on the screen.
Scroll left or right to view your previous heart rate records.
Current heart rate
Return to the previous
screen.
