If the connected CRT
monitor display is not steady.
If the refresh rate is not optimal for the connected CRT,
then this problem may occur.
To correct this problem do the following:
1.Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2.Double Click the Display icon to open the Display
properties.
3.Select Settings
4.Click the Advanced button.
5.Click the Adapter tab
6.Adjustthe Refresh rateto optimal or otherselections
until you see the CRT clearly.
