Mic Positioning The SE60x microphone is designed to be worn on the left ear. For optimal placement please follow the directions below: Position the SE60x microphone element about 0.25” – 1” behind the corner of your mouth. Since the SE60x is a unidirectional capsule, the low frequency characteristics will change depending on the position of the microphone from the sound source. To avoid breath noise and p-pops, do not place the microphone directly in front of your mouth.
