Report Descriptors
Using this program, you can change the standard descriptors that appear on financial and
employee reports from the default settings to descriptors that meet your language or
application needs.

 ESC Y/N ENTER PAGE UP/DN
1. Choose REPORT
DESCRIPTORS from
the MESSAGES
MENU. From the
pop-up menu, select
EMPLOYEE or
FINANCIAL report
to edit the descriptors
on the selected report.
2. Select a descriptor to
edit. Press the or
keys and the PAGE
UP or PAGE DN
keys as necessary.
3. With a descriptor
field selected, type a
new descriptor up to
16 characters in
length.
4. Press ENTER to
finalize each
descriptor entry, press
ESC to exit the
screen and return to
the MESSAGES
MENU screen.
