KEYBOARD ALLOCATION - DEFINITIONS
PLU KEYS
This allocates PLU product number keys to the keyboard. This will provide touch of the button entry for selling
products. There are a maximum of five keyboards available each of which can have either the same product
information or completely different product codes.
WLU KEYS (Window Look Ups)
This allocates Window Look Up numbers to keys to the keyboard. This will provided touch of the button menu
selection, These menu windows can contain products, function key lists, or condiment instructions or a
combination of any of those.
FUNCTION KEYS
This is the main programming section as it determines the operation of each key
NOTE: If the keyboards are to be the same or similar it is possible to use the program mode ‘Copy
Program’ Option this will save time by copying a programmed keyboard from one level to another.
