SYSTEM OPTION – DEFINITIONS
GENERAL PRINT OPTIONS
IN FINALIZCARD SALE, PRN Working in conjunction with the print card details flag on the smart
card function keys, this determines what card details should be
printed.
CARDHOLDER REFERENCE This is the unique alpha numeric reference number.
CATEGORY This is the card category, used for discounting and incentives.
DEPARTMENT This is not utilised by the ECR.
LOYALTY BALANCE This is the current number of points for this card.
CURRENT CASH BALANCE This is the current cash balance of points for this card.
MAX CARD BALANCE This is the maximum money, which can be held in the current cash,
balances.
NAME This is the name of the card holder.
DATE OF BIRTH This is the date of birth of the card holder and can be optionally
checked for birthday
OLD LOYALTY BALANCE This is the value of points at the start of the transaction
OLD CASH BALANCE This is the value of monies on the card at the start of the transaction
POINTS ACCRUED This is the number of points gained
TURN OFF AUTO CUTTER
Providing the printer has a cutter option, this will activate or deactivate the cut of the receipt after every
issuance.
PRE LOGO IMG ON RCT (0-22)
The system operates images to both internal and external printers in various ways this specific system flag
relates to the internal receipt printer, and the 22 logos which can be downloaded from the PC. The flag
determines which logo will be printed at the header of the receipt
