An electronic journal feature is available on the ER-650/650R. The electronic journal
captures the sales journal in the register memory. If you intend to use the electronic journal,
you must allocate sufficient memory (see "Memory Allocation " in the "Service Mode
Programming" chapter) and activate the journal and set related journal capture options (see
"System Option Programming" in the "Program Mode Programming" chapter.)
Use this program to print all or selected parts of the journal memory. Note, this program
will not clear the electronic journal. See "Reset Electronic Journal" in the "Z-Mode" chapter
to clear the E.J.
1. From the MANAGER MODE menu press 6 to display the electronic journal
menu:

3. Type the digit that represents the portion of the electronic journal you wish to
print. If you select 00 for print by clerk, you will be prompted to enter the
appropriate clerk number.
