Playing DVD’s.
The film may start automatically or you may be presented with a menu screen, this is dependant on the
way the DVD is authored by the movie company.
Press the ENTER button to begin playback or use the
◄ ►
buttons to navigate the menu.
Pause Play.
Press the button to pause play. The pause symbol will be displayed on the screen.
To resume normal play press the button again.
Stop Play.
Press the button to stop play.
Press the button to resume play from where it was stopped.
Note :- Play will commence from the exact position where the DVD was stopped, unless either
the DVD disc was removed from the player or the stop button is pressed a second time.
To stop play to remove the disc.
Press the button twice, the stop symbol is displayed.
If you press the button, play will start from the beginning of the first chapter.
Fast Forward/Reverse.
To fast search the contents of the disc during play.
Press either the button to fast forward through the disc or the button to search backwards.
Each press of the or buttons steps through four available speeds. These are X2, X4, X8 and X20
of normal play speed. The selected speed will be displayed on screen after each press of the button as
X2, X4, X8 and X20 for fast forward and X2, X4, X8, and X20 for fast backwards.
Press the button at any time during fast mode operation to return to normal playing speed.
Skip to the Next/Previous Chapter.
To skip to the next/previous chapter during play.
Press the button. Play re-starts at the start of the next chapter each time this button is pressed.
Press the button. Play re-starts at the start of the previous chapter.
Freeze / Step.
Press the button to freeze the action, then press repeatedly to step the action forward.
Press the button at any time to revert to normal playing speed.
Special DVD Functions.
Title Playback.
The D.TITLE button allows you to view, select and play the different titles on the DVD.
Press the D.TITLE button and navigate to your required title.
Press ENTER.
