The manufacturer warrants that this product shall be of merchantable quality
when used or applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. This
product is not warranted as suitable for any purpose other than the general
purpose for which it is intended. This warranty runs for one (1) year from the
dates the product is purchased. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY
OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO
THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Liability under this warranty is limited to
replacement or defective products or, at the manufacturer’s option, refund of the
purchase price. CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARE NOT RECOV-

Application:
IMPORTANT: Never wet the surface before applying this product.
1. Completely saturate area of hardened concrete, mortar or stucco to be
removed with undiluted Concrete Mortar Dissolver.
2. Surface will turn white on contact then darken. (If Concrete Mortar Dissolver
evaporates, a white residue will appear. DO NOT RINSE! Re-apply Concrete
Mortar Dissolver to reactivate as needed until concrete has softened to
a mush).
3. Allow Concrete Mortar Dissolver to penetrate for 10 - 15 minutes. Then
re-apply to the same area. Keep surface wet with Concrete Mortar Dissolver.
Concrete will begin to soften and release from surface. (Total time
approximately 20 - 30 minutes).
4. Rinse with cold water using a garden hose with a pressure nozzle, or use a
high pressure washer.
5. On extra thick build up, repeat cleaning directions until build up has
softened.
