使用指南
配 对
1. 右耳机与左耳机自动配对
将左右耳机同时从底座充电盒取出，双耳会自动开机互连，成功后，
左耳机红蓝灯交替闪烁，右耳灯熄灭。
如左右耳自动配对失败，或出现双耳断连时，按左和右耳的多功能键
重新开关机，实现左右耳的手动配对。
* 如果 手动配对依然不能配对，请长按多功能键
10S,实现强制性开关机（部分方案支持这种方法）。

1. 开关机
在播放音乐状态下，单击左或右耳的多功能键播放/暂停音乐。
4. 播放/暂停音乐
多功能键
双耳配对：长按左和右耳的多功能键 3 秒，开关机
单耳配对：长按左或右耳的多功能键 3 秒开机，进入单耳配对，长
按 3 秒关机。
(开机时红蓝灯交替闪烁，关机时红灯闪烁后熄灭。)
来电状态下，单击左或右耳的多功能键接通电话。
通话状态下，单击左或右耳的多功能键挂断电话。
2. 接听/挂断电话
来电状态下，长按左或右耳的多功能键拒接电话。
回拔电话，三击右耳的多功能键，回拔最后一个电话；三击左耳的
多功能键，打开语音助手。

5. 上一曲/下一曲控制
充电功能
用本产品包装盒内附带的充电线，连接电源适配器进行充电。
1.给充电仓充电
在确保充电仓有充足电量的时候，将耳机放入对应的穴位进行充电。
2.给耳机充电
注意事项
本机需使用优质充电线进行充电，Micro USB线连接5V(1A-2A)
电源适配器，5V(1A-2A)车载充电头，推荐使用2A以下的电源适配器
给耳机进行充电，蓝牙耳机充满电需1~2小时左右。
▪本机充电时请注意使用优质充电器或电脑端口充电，切不可使用廉价
劣质的充电器。
▪蓝牙耳机均有使用环境以及连接距离的问题，请您勿在强电磁干扰和
辐射的环境中使用。
▪请不要将蓝牙耳机置于水中或摔打，这些均会造成产品损害。
▪如果您的蓝牙耳机长时间不使用，请约30天充电一次，以防止因缺电
而造成的无法启动。
▪我们可能在未事先通知您的情况下，对于此产品进行一次软件或者硬
件以及外观的升级和改动，请您以实物为准。

常见问题
蓝牙耳机不开机？
①.检查蓝牙耳机是否没电，需进行充电；
②.需长按 开机（具体时间请参考操作说明）。
蓝牙耳机信号不稳定？
①.重新启动蓝牙耳机；
②.查看手机的兼容性及手机通话质量；
③.确认是否距离过远或者周边环境有干扰；
④.不要停留在信号反射的环境中。
蓝牙耳机噪音过大？
①.查看手机抑噪控制；
②.确认蓝牙是否与耳机距离过远；
③.确认周边环境是否有电磁辐射。
蓝牙耳机听不到声音？
①.检查耳机音量是否调为静音；
②.检查蓝牙耳机是否与手机连接；
③.检查蓝牙耳机是否与手机距离过远或周边有干扰体。
蓝牙怎么充电？
①.使用原装数据线充电，并根据要求选择合适的电压与电流适配器；
②.插入USB接口后，约2~3小时可以充满(不同机型充电时间略有差异)。
蓝牙耳机怎么连接电脑？
①.检查电脑是否有蓝牙功能，如没有需购买蓝牙适配器；
②.需安装蓝牙驱动软件即可连接。
多功能键
蓝牙耳机是否可以升级？
①.蓝牙耳机产品芯片为ROM芯片，不能升级；
②.因操作不当，升级有可能造成产品故障。
蓝牙耳机怎么连接手机？
①.开机：进入红蓝灯交替闪烁配对状态；
②.打开手机蓝牙，搜索蓝牙设备，点击配对；
③.如有需要输入密码，请输入1234或0000。

按充电仓按键显蓝灯，表示有电量； 若是蓝灯慢闪，表示电池低
电量； 若是不亮灯，表示无电。

Pairing
1. Auto Pairing
Take out the left and right earphone form charging compartment, The
earphones will be automatically on and paring. When pairing successfully, the
left earphone will flash red and blue alternately and the right earphone light
will go out.
When auto-pairing failed, or dual earphone disconnected. Press the power button
on left and right earphone, to make the earbuds off and on again, the left and right
earphone will be connected manually.
* If putting the earbuds back to the charging case or pairing the earbuds by buttons, neither
way is ok to make the earbuds pairing, please long press the buttons for about 10 seconds,
to force the earbuds off and on again.
(some kinds of bluetooth solutions support this kind of operation)
2. Non-automatically earbuds pairing
①.Do above operation 1 or 2 to pair left and right earphone.
②.Open Mobile Phone Bluetooth settings.
③.Search Bluetooth name “SY-TWS1”, click it to connect.
3. Earphones and Mobile Phone Pairing
①.Long press the button of the right earphone
②.Open Mobile Phone Bluetooth settings.
③.Search Bluetooth name “SY-TWS1”, click it to connect.

Pairing dual earphones: Long press left and right earphone button for 3 seconds,
turn on or off the earphones.
Pairing single earphone: Long press left or right earphone button for 3 seconds
to turn on the earphones, enter single earphone pairing. Then long press for 3
seconds, turn off the earphones.
( When power on, the earphone will flash red and blue alternately. When power
off, the light is off. )
When coming call, click the button on the left or right earphone to answer the
phone.
During the call, click the button on the left or right earphone to hang up the call.

Charging Function
There is an USB charging cable in the package, you can connect the power
adapter for charging.
1. Charge the Charging Box
Precautions
The product needs to be charged with a premium charging cable, and the
Micro USB cable is connected to a 5V(1A-2A) power adapter or a 5V (1A-2A)
car charger. Recommending to use a power adapter below 2A. It needs
about 1~2 hours to do the fully charge.
▪ Please pay attention to the use of high-quality charger or computer port
charging for the product, must not use cheap and poor quality charger.
▪ Bluetooth Earphones are affected by the environment and connection
distance. Please do not use them in environments with strong
electromagnetic interference and radiation.
▪ Please do not put the Bluetooth earphone in the water or beat it, which will
cause damage to the product.
▪ If the Bluetooth Earphone is not used for a long time, please charge it
monthly to prevent it from starting due to lack of power.
▪ We may upgrade the software, hardware or appearance of this product
without notice, please refer to the actual product.

Frequently asked questions
Why bluetooth earbuds can not turn on?
①. You can check if earbuds is with power or not ? if not, please fully
charge it before turning it on.
②. Please long press the power on /off button.(the detailed operation ,
please refer to the manual.)
Why bluetooth earbuds signal is not unstable？
①. Restart the bluetooth earbuds .
. Please kindly check the compatibility and calling communication quality of the
mobile phone
. Please confirm if the distance between earbuds and phone is too far or there
are interference surrounded. If too far or there are interference ,the signal will
be unstable
.Please don’t stay in the signal reflective environment.
Why the bluetooth earbuds noise is so big？
①.Please kindly check the mobile phone’s noise suppression function.
②.Please kindly check if the bluetooth earbuds and mobiles phone’s distance is
too far .If too far, please shorten it and try it again.
③.Please kindly confirm if there is an electromagnetic radiation surrounding
environment.
Why the bluetooth earbuds can’t hear voice？
①.Please kindly check if the bluetooth earbuds is on mute status.
②.Please kindly check if bluetooth earbuds and phone are connected well.
③.Then confirm if the distance between earbuds and phone is too far or there
are interference surrounded.
How to charge？
①.Use the original USB charging cable, one side connect with earbuds, the
other side connect with PC/Table/power bank.
②.Usually it will takes about hours to charge.

How to contact with computer？
①. First check if the computer with bluetooth function or not?,if not ,please
buy a bluetooth adaptor before connection.
②.Install bluetooth driver into computer.
If the bluetooth earbuds can be upgraded？
①.Normally bluetooth can not be upgraded, as the bluetooth chipset is ROM
chipset.
②.When upgraded, please operate follow the guideline, otherwise it may
be failed on upgrading.
①While charging, the charging compartment indicator flash red light. After fully
charged, the light is keeping red.
Press charging compartment button, when the indicator light blue, it
means the charging case has sufficient power. If the blue light flashes
slowly, It means the battery is low. When no power, the light will be off.
