HONEY CHICKEN WINGS Time:15 mins Temperature:428℉ Ingredients:2 lb Chicken wings Accessory: Low Rack Method Trim excess fat from the chicken wings and remove tips. Pat dry and place in a bowl ,in a separate bowl combine the lemon juice, soy sauce, and ginger to make a marinade. Pour the marinade over the chicken wings, mix well and leave to stand for half an hour. Remove the wings from the marinade, place them in the oven on the high rack and roast for 15 minutes at 428℉.
GRILLED SIRLOIN STEAK Time:8-12 mins Temperature:446℉ Ingredients:1 Sirloin Steak(2-2.5cm thick) Accessory: Roast Rack Method 1 Sirloin Steak(2-2.5cm thick) Rub both sides of the steak with garlic. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
FRESH SALMON Time:15 mins Temperature:482℉ Ingredients:Fresh salmon Accessories:Roast Rack + Pizza Pan Method Remove any bones from your salmon if necessary and let fishsit on the counter for an hour. Rub each fillet with olive oil and season with paprika, salt and pepper. Place fillets in the basket of the air fryer. Set air fryer at 482°F degrees for 15 minutes.
BAKED FISH Time:15 mins Temperature:356℉ Ingredients:Fish,lemon,pepper(optional) Accessories:Roast Rack + Pizza Pan Method Brush the fish with lemon juice and sprinkle both sides with garlic seasoning and paprika. HAMBURGERS Time:15 mins Temperature:356℉ Ingredients:Beef + hamburgers Accessories:Roast Rack + Pizza Pan Method Preheat the air fryer to 356°F Mix together the beef, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Form the beef mixture in to four burger patties.
CHICKEN BREAST Time:15 mins Temperature:392℉ Ingredients:chicken breasts Accessories:Roast Rack + Pizza Pan Method Cut each chicken breast into 2 thin halves. Drizzle with olive oil, and mix the chicken to make sure that it's well coated with oil. In a shallow dish, mix the bread crumbs with paprika, chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Coat each chicken breast in bread crumbs.
