1. INTRODUZIONE Grazie per avere scelto un nostro prodotto! Vi preghiamo di fare riferimento alle istruzioni e alle avvertenze contenute nel presente manuale per l’utilizzo del dispositivo e di conservarlo per future consultazioni. Il presente manuale contiene informazioni riguardanti l’installazione e l’utilizzo del dispositivo. Le informazioni contenute in questo documento sono state attentamente redatte e controllate. Tuttavia non è assunta alcuna responsabilità per eventuali inesattezze.
2. ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA Attenzione! Questo prodotto non è adatto ad un uso domestico. Leggere il presente manuale prima di installare e dare corrente all’apparecchiatura, seguire le precauzioni di sicurezza elencate di seguito ed osservare tutti gli avvertimenti indicati nel presente manuale e stampati sull’apparecchiatura. Si prega di contattare un distributore PROEL per ricevere assistenza riguardo qualsiasi dubbio su come attivare l’apparecchiatura in modo sicuro.
CLASSE DI PROTEZIONE IP65 Il dispositivo è protetto dalla penetrazione di polvere (prima cifra 6) e da getti d’acqua (seconda cifra 5). Apparecchio adatto per uso esterno. ATTENZIONE! Se diverse barre sono connesse in catena, l’uscita IP65 di ogni barra deve essere connessa direttamente all’ingresso IP65 della barra successiva. In questo caso il connettore IP65 con il tappo in gomma, installato sull’uscita di ogni barra, può essere rimosso al fine di collegare ogni barra alla successiva in catena.
Se il cavo di alimentazione esterno di questa apparecchiatura da illuminazione è danneggiato, deve essere sostituito con un cavo speciale, disponibile esclusivamente presso i rivenditori PROEL. Non attivare mai l’apparecchiatura con lenti e/o coperture mancanti o danneggiate. In caso di non utilizzo, si consiglia di scollegare il proiettore dalla rete elettrica .
3. APERTURA DELLA CONFEZIONE E CONTROLLO Aprire con cura la confezione, verificare il contenuto e assicurarsi che tutte le parti siano presenti e siano in buone condizioni. Nel caso in cui alcune parti non siano presenti o siano danneggiate, contattare immediatamente il proprio fornitore e conservare l’imballaggio per la verifica.
4. - INSTALLAZIONE ED ACCENSIONE 4.1 - INSTALLAZIONE PRODOTTO - Non scuotere l'apparecchio. Evitare l'utilizzo di forza eccessiva durante le operazioni di installazione o fissaggio dell'unità. - L'unità può essere installata a pavimento in appoggio sugli appositi piedini in gomma, a parete, a soffitto o su truss. ATTENZIONE! E'OBBLIGATORIO il montaggio della fune di sicurezza (PLH232 – PLH248 venduta separatamente) nel caso in cui il prodotto sia appeso a parete, a soffitto o su truss.
4.2 – COLLEGAMENTO IN CATENA AC 230V: collegare al massimo 30 barre in catena 1 2 30 AC 230V AC 110V: collegare al massimo 15 barre in catena 1 2 15 AC 110V Il dispositivo deve essere collegato ad un sistema di alimentazione dotato di un’efficiente messa a terra. Inoltre, si consiglia di proteggere le linee di alimentazione dei prodotti dai contatti indiretti e/o da cortocircuiti verso massa utilizzando interruttori differenziali opportunamente dimensionati.

DMX In questo menu è possibile collegare diversi box tramite il cavo DMX e controllarli attraverso una console DMX 1. Premere il pulsante "ENTER" quindi UP / DOWN fino a quando non sia visualizzato “DMX". 2. Premere il pulsante "ENTER". Verranno visualizzate in sequenza le funzioni “CHANNEL", “Box ADDRESS", “Led Modes" , "Light Number" e "Light ADDRESS". Per selezionarne una premere ENTER. Quando sarà visualizzato "ChanneI xxx", "xxx" indica la modalità canali DMX.
AUTO In questo menu è possibile selezionare la modalità automatica desiderata e regolarne la velocità di esecuzione. 1. Premere il pulsante "ENTER" quindi UP / DOWN, fino a che “AUTO" non sia visualizzato. 2. Premere il pulsante "ENTER", verranno visualizzati "SPEED“ o "AUTO MODE". Premere di nuovo “ENTER” da cui sarà possible selezionare: AUTO SPEED –velocità della modalità automatica. AUTO MODE –tipologia modalità automatica. CUSTOMER In questo menu è possibile selezionare la modalità CUSTOMER. 1.
2. I led blu lampeggeranno, dopo circa 10 secondi il display visualizzerà la scritta "Ack data ok", ad indicare che le impostazioni sono state inviate correttamente. Se il display continuerà a visualizzare la scritta "Wait Ack data", ripetere i passi precedenti fino a quando non sarà visualizzato "Ack data ok". RESET In questo menu è possibile resettare il box ai parametri di fabbrica. 1. Premere il pulsante "ENTER" quindi UP / DOWN, fino a che “RESET" non sia visualizzato. 2.

Console control 1 2 30 AC 230V DMX CONTROLLER Collegare massimo 30 barre (AC 230V) o 15 barre (AC 110V) in catena. 1. 2. Impostare le barre in modalità DMX tramite il telecomando. In questa condizione le barre riceveranno I comandi dalla centralina DMX collegata. Le impostazioni di default sono: modalità 10 canali e indirizzo DMX = 001. Vedere pag. 16 per una spiegazione dettagliata delle impostazioni dell'indirizzo DMX.
SAME: 1. Tutte le barre eseguiranno le stesse funzioni (impostare la modalità canali tra 3 – 4 – 7 o 10). 2. "AUTO MODE": è possibile selezionare tra 12 diverse modalità automatiche. Inviare le impostazioni alle barre tramite il comando LOAD SETTIN, quindi premere "Enter". I led blu lampeggeranno, dopo circa 10 secondi il display visualizzerà la scritta "Ack data ok", ad indicare che le impostazioni sono state inviate correttamente.
6. - MANUTENZIONE Per garantire ottime prestazioni, l’apparecchio deve essere pulito frequentemente. Scollegare l’apparecchio della corrente e lasciarlo raffreddare per almeno 35 minuti onde evitare il rischio di bruciature. Utilizzare un aspirapolvere o compressore e una spazzola morbida o un panno per lenti per rimuovere la polvere depositata. Le lenti, come qualsiasi altra parte eventualmente danneggiata, devono essere sostituite con ricambi originali. 7.

2. - SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Caution! This product is not suitable for household illumination. Please read this manual before installing and applying power to the equipment, follow the safety precautions listed below and observe all warnings in this manual and printed on. Please contact a PROEL distributor for assistance with any questions about how to activate the equipment safely. Contact a qualified technician for any maintenance work not described in this manual.
IP65 PROTECTION RATING The device is protected against the dust penetration (first digit 6) and against jets of water (second digit 5). Suitable for outdoor use. WARNING! If more bars are connected in a chain, the IP65 output of each bar have to be directly connected to the IP65 input of the next bar. In this case the IP65 connector with the rubber cap installed in the output of each bar can be removed in order to connect each bar to the next bar in the chain.
MAINTENANCE Before starting any maintenance or cleaning the product, disconnect the power from the mains and disconnect the power cable from the device. After switching off, do not remove any part of the device for at least 35 minutes to avoid the risk of burns. The lenses, if damaged, must be replaced with original spare parts. WARNING CAUTION. Do not look directly at the light source.
3. - OPENING AND CONTROL Carefully open the package, check the content and make sure that all the parts are present and are in good condition. In cases where some parts are not present or are damaged, immediately contact Your supplier and retain the packaging for verification. WARNING! If the product has been exposed to drastic temperature changes, let the unit turned off until it reaches room temperature because the presence of condensation can damage the product if it is turned on.
4. - INSTALLATION AND SWITCH ON 4.1 - PRODUCT INSTALLATION - Do not shake the device. Avoid the use of too much force during installation or unit fixing. - The unit can be installed on the floor, on the wall, ceiling or on a truss. WARNING! IT'S REQUIRED the mounting of the safety rope (PLH232 - PLH248 sold separately) in the case where the product is hung on a wall, ceiling or on a truss. Except when the device is placed in the floor, the safety cable is always required.
4.2 - CONNECTION IN A CHAIN AC 230V: connect maximum 30 bars in a chain 1 2 30 AC 230V AC 110V: connect maximum 15 bars in a chain 1 2 15 AC 110V The device must be connected to a power supply system with a proper earth system. Moreover, it is recommended to protect power supply lines of the products from indirect contact and / or shorting to earth by using appropriately sized anti electrical shock switch. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

DMX In this menu, you can connect several boxes with DMX cable and control with control console. 1. Press "ENTER" button and then UP or DOWN button until “DMX" is showed. 2. Press "ENTER" button, and “CHANNEL", “Box ADDRESS", “Led Modes" , "Light Number" or "Light ADDRESS" will be showed. Then press ENTER. "ChanneI xxx" will be showed, "xxx" represents the showed DMX channel mode. You can press the UP or DOWN button to select your desired Channel mode.
2. Press "ENTER" button, and "SPEED“ or "AUTO MODE" will be showed. Then press ENTER, and you can see two items as below: AUTO SPEED - You can select your desired speed in this menu. AUTO MODE - You can select your desired auto mode in this menu. CUSTOMER In this menu you can select your desire CUSTOMER mode. 1. Press "ENTER" button and then UP or DOWN button untiI "CUSTOMER" is showed. 2. Press "ENTER" and you can select the effect created in the menu "EDIT EFFECT" (see below).

5.3 - CONTROL MODES AC 230V - Max. 30 bars in chain AC 110V - Max. 15 bars in chain IR remote controller 1 2 30 AC 230V Connect Max. 30pcs (AC 230V) or 15pcs (AC 110V) lights in chain, set the first light on STAT COLO or AUTO, other 29 or 14pcs lights set it SLAVE-RUN. 1. The light can be controlled by IR remote controller directly 2. Choose the static color. Press button "R","G" or "B" first, then the button "UP" and "DOWN", you can adjust the static color of the light. 3.
Console control 1 2 30 AC 230V DMX CONTROLLER Connect Max. 30pcs (AC 230V) or 15pcs (AC 110V) lights in chain. 1. 2. Set the bars in DMX mode with the IR remote controller. In this condition the bars will receive the commands from the DMX controller. The default setting channel is 10 channels and DMX address is Address 001. See page 31 for detailed explanation of DMX settings Control BOX 1 2 30 AC 230V CONTROL BOX Connect Max. 30pcs (AC 230V) or 15pcs (AC 110V) lights in chain.
LEDs will flash, after 10 seconds the display shows "Ack data ok". It means successful setting. Otherwise, it will show "Wait Ack data", please check the setting andrepeat the steps above, until it shows "Ack data ok". DIFFERENT: 1. AII the lights working with different function (set DMX channel modes 3 – 4 – 7 or 10). 2. "AUTO MODE": there are six modes option. Send the settings to the bars: go to the menu "LOAD SETTIN" and press "Enter".
6. - MAINTENANCE To ensure optimal performance, the unit must be frequently cleaned. Unplug the device from the mains and let it cool for at least 35 minutes to avoid the risk of burns. Use a vacuum cleaner or an air compressor and a soft brush or a lens cloth to remove the dust deposited. The lenses, like any other damaged part, must be replaced with original spare parts. 7.
