4.2 - CONNECTION TO THE MAINS
The device must be connected to a power supply system with a proper earth system.
Moreover, it is recommended to protect power supply lines of the products from indirect
contact and / or shorting to earth by using appropriately sized anti electrical shock switch.
The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Ensure that the mains
frequency and voltage correspond to those for which the device is designed, as shown in the
electrical data label.
4.3 - CONNECTION TO THE DMX CHAIN
The connection to the DMX chain can be done with the transceiver SG AIRBOX (sold separately)
or cable.
WIRELESS CONNECTION (only SG IPLED32CDLWD)
- Connect the SG AIRBOX to the DMX console and set it up as transmitter (TX) by pressing
down the green button.
- In the projector go into the submenu FUNCTION – W-Switch, select ON, press ENTER.
Disconnect all the DMX cables between projectors and between projector and transmitter.
- All the projectors have to be linked to the transmitter, by following the next steps:
1. After the projector is switched on, and if there are no new transmitter, the projector
will connect to the old transmitter automatically.
2. If the projector has to be linked to a new transmitter, it needs to clear the old wireless
settings:
a. Enter in the submenu Unlink and press ENTER
b. After few seconds the projector will be unlinked
3. To link the projector to a new transmitter, follow the next steps:
a. Press and release PAIRING button on the transmitter.
b. After connected the DMX signal to the transmitter, the display of the projectors
correctly linked, will be fixed ON.
