ALT1 Altitude bit field definition is as follows:
Bits 0-13 Altitude Data
The aircraft barometric altitude is measured with reference to a pressure of 29.9213” Hg.
The data is an unsigned integer, offset by 1200 feet, in units of 25 or 100 feet (as defined in the Installation
Message).
Altitude values outside of -1200 to 126,700 feet are invalid.
