Validity Flags
These flags indicate whether or not the data contained in the specified field is valid or not. If the bit
is set to “ONE” then the data field contains valid information. If the bit is set to “ZERO” then the
data field contains invalid information.

Contains the address of the transmitting installation. These fields contain up to 6 hex characters. This
can be the ICAO address or some other type of address.
