TheADS‐BStateVectorReportMessageisoneofseveralmessagetypessentbyRangeFindertoreportdata
on a particul ar ADS‐B In participant. The ADS‐B State Vector Report Message contains information about a
specificADS‐B
participant.
This message is sent for aircraft/vehicles that are transmitting ADS‐B information, within range as
specifiedintheTargetRequestMessage(type0x0B).
Itprovidesposition,velocity,andotherinformationaboutanADS‐Bparticipant.
Thelength ofthe ADS‐BState VectorReportMessage depends on
the amount ofinformation theRange
FinderhasreceivedfromanADS‐Bparticipant.
Since each report can contain at most, 85 targets, multiple reports may be transmitted for a single
request.
