8.3.9 InterrogationCommandMessage:Type0xA0
The Interrogation Command is a message from Host Computer to the Range Finder sent to start the
interrogation output. The payload contains six bytes.The first byte commands the interrogation off or sets
thetype ofinterrogation.The Range Finderwill respondwith an ACKwhich will indicate whetheror not
the
interrogation command will be executed (commands sent before the previous interrogation completes will
not be executed). If the command is executed, range will be calculated from the responses, and the target
repliesandrangeswillbeoutputintheappropriateInterrogationResponsemessage.
NotethatRangeFinderdiscreetinterrogations
mustbebetween9dBmand55dBm,inclusive.
