SWITCHING THE RADIO ON / OFF

 Press the key on the top of the radio. The screen lights up.

 Standby: press briefly on the key. Only the time and the icon remain displayed on

the screen.

 Switching off the radio: hold down the key (the clock and alarm are deactivated).

USING THE KNOB

The radio is equipped with a multifunction knob.

BROWSING THE MENUS

1. Press the key. Scroll through the menus by turning the knob.

2. When the required menu is displayed:

 press the knob to enter this menu, ou

 press the key to return to the previous screen.

3. To exit the main menu, press the key several times.

Example

To access the Parameters > Language menu:

1. Press the key.

2. Turn the knob and find Parameters.

Press the centre of the knob to confirm.

3. Turn the knob and find Language.

Press the centre of the knob to confirm.

You are in the language selection menu.

You can switch off backlighting. For more details, see section “Energy saving

options”, page 9.

Listening In the menus



Turn the knob to the

right or left to...

 Look for a station.

 Increase or reduce the

volume.

 Scroll through the menus.

 Define a value (for example

to set the time).



Press the knob to...

 Activating / Deactivating

silent mode

 Select a menu.

 Confirm a setting.

You will automatically exit the main menu after a few seconds of inactivity.
