Lights up green The phone connection is active and regis-
tered with a VoIP provider. You can make
calls via the Internet.
Does not light up The telephone connection is not active or not
registered with a VoIP provider. You cannot
make calls via the Internet.
Flashes green The connected telephone is active: it is being
used to make a call or there is an incoming
call.
RSSI:

The LEDs on the SX682 WiMAX help you to
position the antenna more easily. The LEDs
indicate the signal quality; the more LEDs
that light up, the better the signal reception.

The SX682 WiMAX is being reset to the fac-
tory settings; see "Returning the SX682
WiMAX to factory settings" on page 20.

The connection quality can be detected in two different ways:
CINR (Carrier to Interference and Noise Ratio) measures the signal
quality.
RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indication) measures the signal
strength.
The LEDs indicate either RSSI or CINR values. The used method is pre-
configured by your operator. If RSSI is used the RSSI 1 - RSSI 4 LEDs
will show the signal strength.
