10.3 IC Regulations:
Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device
must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
IC Radiation Exposure Statement:
This equipment complies with IC RSS-102 radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled
environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with minimum distance 20cm between the radiator &
your body.
This device and its antenna(s) must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
This Class B digital apparatus complies with Canadian ICES-003.
Cet appareil numérique de la classe B est conforme à la norme NMB-003 du Canada.
Under Industry Canada regulations, this radio transmitter may only operate using an antenna of a type and maximum
(or lesser) gain approved for the transmitter by Industry Canada. To reduce potential radio interference to other users,
the antenna type and its gain should be so chosen that the equivalent isotropically radiated power (e.i.r.p) is not more
than necessary for successful communication.
10.4 R&TTE Regulations:
In all cases assessment of the final product must be mass against the Essential requirements of the R&TTE Directive
Articles 3.1(a) and (b), safety and EMC respectively, as well as any relevant Article 3.3 requirements.
The maximum antenna gain for frequeny 900 is 0 dBi; for frequeny 1800 is 0 dBi and the antenna separation distance
is 20cm.
