Changing the ringing tone
You can change the ringing tone of:
- outside calls,
- calls between handsets (intercom).
• Press M
Menu

• Select M
Melodies
, press O
OK
.
• Select E
External ringtone
to change the ringing tone for external calls.
- OR -
• Select I
Internal ringtone
to change the ringing tone for internal calls.
• Scroll through the pre-recorded ringing tones and press O
OK
.
• Adjust the ring tone volume and press O
OK
.
Enabling/Disabling the silent mode
In silent mode, the telephone ringer and keypad beeps are muted.
• Press M
Menu
.
• Select M
Melodies
, press O
OK
.
• Select S
Silent
to change the silent mode, then press O
OK
.
• The message "A
Activate silent mode ?
" is displayed on the screen.
- Press Y
Yes
to confirm the enabling of the silent mode.
- Press N
No
to cancel the enabling of the silent mode.
Note
The browser key can also be used to enable/disable the silent
mode.
When you have activated silent mode, your handset is silent for
all functions of the alarm clock and timer type.
If the silent mode is active the icon is displayed.
