Selecting the measurement unit
This procedure allows you to select the measurement unit.
 Press the > key.
 Press the key until UNIT appears.
 Press ENTER, a blinking "?" appears.
 Select the unit (MM or INCHES), press ENTER.
 Press the key to enter the paper dimensions..
 A screen displays the width "Dimension in X", press ENTER. A blinking cursor appears
underneath the units figure. Set the width using the and buttons to increment or
decrement the selected figure and the < and > buttons to move to the tens and hundreds.
Press E
NTER.
 As soon as the width has been set, press the key to set the length.
 Set the length in the same way as for the width. Press ENTER
When printing using the custom paper size defined above, you need to set the same size on
the printer driver.
Setting the paper size for the multipurpose tray
When you use the multipurpose tray in cassette mode, you must use the same paper format as that
specified for the print job.
MENU - - PAPER MANAGEMENT - > - - MULTI TRAY FORMAT
 Press ENTER, a blinking "?" appears.
 Press the and keys to choose the desired format. The following formats are available:
Dimension X
Dimension Y
148 à 216 mm
(5.83 à 8.5 pouces)
210 à 356 mm
(8.27 à 14.02 pouces)
